The Role as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner , you will:
- Support and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, supporting their individual learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through creative activities.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management.
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework .
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
