Education Matters is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Bethnal Green from September 2026 .
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is passionate about giving children the very best start in life. You'll be joining a nurturing environment where children's learning, development, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner , you will:

• Support and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, supporting their individual learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through creative activities.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management.

The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework .
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
