About the Role
Our client is looking for a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their innovative, fully remote childcare team, serving families in Oxford and beyond. This role is ideal for an educator who is eager to leverage digital tools to deliver exceptional early childhood education. You will create and facilitate engaging online learning experiences designed to foster the holistic development of young children. Working collaboratively with a dedicated remote team, you will contribute to a flexible and accessible childcare solution, making a real difference in children's early learning journeys from the convenience of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate virtual learning activities and lesson plans.
- Facilitate interactive online sessions that promote child development and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate digital records and reports.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with parents/guardians remotely.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Ensure adherence to all safeguarding policies and maintain a secure virtual learning environment.
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or similar setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Proficiency with online communication and learning platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote interaction.
- A proactive approach to professional development and a passion for early childhood education.
