Early Years Room Lead – Inspire, Mentor & Develop

LJ Recruitment is recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join a welcoming nursery in Tonbridge as Room Lead. You will provide day-to-day leadership within your room, mentoring staff and working closely with the Nursery Manager.

With strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding commitment, you will plan activities, monitor progress and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for children. The role is full-time at £15.10 per hour, 40 hours weekly, with benefits.
