About the Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Years SEN Support Worker for a fully remote position, to assist young children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In this vital role, you will provide tailored support and guidance to children and their families through digital platforms, helping to foster their development and inclusion. You will collaborate with parents, educators, and specialists to create effective learning strategies and ensure children receive the necessary support to thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote one-on-one and group support to early years children with SEN.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans and strategies in collaboration with parents and educators.
• Assist in creating accessible digital learning materials and activities adapted for specific needs.
• Monitor children's progress and provide regular feedback to families and the wider support team.
• Liaise with external specialists and therapists to coordinate support efforts.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs support, childcare, or a related field (e.g., Level 3 SEN Diploma).
• Experience working with young children with a range of special educational needs.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, education, and support.
• Excellent empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills for remote interaction.
• Strong understanding of early years development and inclusive practices for SEN children.
