Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead educators in planning and implementing engaging activities for children.
- Provide direct supervision and support to children during play, learning, and mealtimes.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for the children.
- Support children with personal care routines, including feeding and hygiene.
- Observe children's development and contribute to their learning records.
- Communicate positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, preferably in an early years setting.
- A passion for child development and early education.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Willingness to undertake further training and development in Plymouth .
