Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead educators in planning and implementing engaging activities for children.
• Provide direct supervision and support to children during play, learning, and mealtimes.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for the children.
• Support children with personal care routines, including feeding and hygiene.
• Observe children's development and contribute to their learning records.
• Communicate positively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably in an early years setting.
• A passion for child development and early education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Willingness to undertake further training and development in Plymouth .
