Early Years Teacher – Bromley
Location: Bromley, South East London Salary: £40,372–£59,864 per year (M1–UPS3) Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary Start Date: 8 September 2026 Transparency Education is seeking a creative and nurturing Early Years Teacher for a full-time opportunity in Bromley. This position is ideal for a teacher who understands that excellent Early Years practice combines purposeful play, carefully planned learning opportunities and a warm, stimulating environment in which children can develop confidence and independence.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality teaching within the EYFS.
- Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning opportunities.
- Supporting childrens early communication, literacy, numeracy and personal development.
- Observing and assessing childrens progress.
- Identifying individual needs and adapting provision appropriately.
- Working closely with teaching assistants and Early Years practitioners.
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. What we are looking for The successful candidate should have:
- UK QTS.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Recent Early Years teaching experience.
- Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management.
- A genuine understanding of child development and early learning.
- The ability to create engaging, language-rich learning environments.
