The Role

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
• Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher working towards completing their ECT induction
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school
• Good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
• Confident classroom management skills
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
