The Role
As an ECT Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum Establish clear expectations, consistent routines, and positive behaviour management Create a purposeful, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) achieved by September 2026 An ECT with a strong interest in Key Stage 1 or 2 Secure subject knowledge across the KS1 or KS2 curriculum High expectations for behaviour, learning, and pupil progress
