Edinburgh Area Operations Manager — Lead Multi-Depot Excellence

Indie Campers is seeking an Area Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots in the UK. You will coach Depot Leaders, drive service standards and ensure SOP compliance while managing budgets and KPIs.

The role requires 7–10 years in hands-on operational roles and 3–5 years in team leadership across multiple locations, with strong English and a valid driver's license. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected.
