Education Employment Solicitor — Flexible Hours

TipTopJob seeks an Employment Solicitor (Education) with 4+ PQE to join a leading national law firm’s Education and Charities team in Cheltenham. You will advise independent schools, academies, colleges and universities on complex employment matters, drafting contracts and policies, and supporting governance changes.

You will handle contentious and non-contentious matters, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to a specialist practice within a collaborative environment.
