Education HR & Recruitment Officer

Brunel Academies Trust is seeking a People Service Officer to join the People Service Team on a full-time basis. The role is based at the Wiltshire Hub (Exeter House School, Salisbury) with some travel to the Swindon Hub.

The successful candidate will deliver HR administration and recruitment support across the full employee lifecycle, build strong relationships with managers and candidates, and maintain confidential records in line with data protection and employment legislation.
