Education ICT Field Engineer – 2nd Line Support

Planet Recruitment is seeking an ICT Consultant - 2nd Line to support a primary school, acting as the liaison between the school and the client by keeping them informed about products and services and managing IT hardware and software across sites to enhance ICT provision for teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate has a passion for IT, a solid technical background, and strong communication and organisational skills; at least 2 years' experience in education ICT support is preferred though
