• Have previous experience working with children or young people.
• Have experience supporting children with SEN (desirable).
• Be calm, patient, resilient and proactive.
• Have a nurturing approach and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Be confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Have the right to work in the UK and full-time availability.
• Hold a child DBS.
