You will work closely with educational institutions to understand their pedagogical needs and translate them into effective architectural solutions that support modern teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for educational facilities, from inception through to completion.
• Develop design concepts that meet the specific needs of educational clients, considering pedagogy, user experience, and sustainability.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building regulations, DfE guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, school administrators, contractors, and specialist consultants.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Oversee site works and provide technical support during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with significant experience in the education sector.
• Proven ability to design and deliver successful educational projects, understanding specific sector needs.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong 3D modelling and visualisation capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of current educational building standards, best practices, and curriculum requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
