About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and forward-thinking Educational Technology Consultant to advise on the integration and effective use of technology in educational settings. Based in Nottingham , this role will involve assessing current technological infrastructures, recommending innovative solutions, and supporting the implementation of new educational tools and platforms. You will work with educators, administrators, and IT professionals to ensure technology enhances teaching and learning outcomes. This hybrid position offers a dynamic mix of on-site collaboration and remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing educational technology infrastructure and practices.
• Recommend and design strategies for the implementation of new learning technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating technology to enhance curriculum delivery, student engagement, and assessment.
• Develop and deliver training programs for educators and staff on utilizing educational technology effectively.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in edtech and their potential applications.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized technology roadmaps and support plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) as an Educational Technology Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various educational software, hardware, and digital learning platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze needs, develop strategic recommendations, and manage implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
