Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to educational technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an educational technology support or training role.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), interactive whiteboards, and other edtech solutions .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
