Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in an educational technology support or specialist role.
• Strong understanding of various educational software , platforms (e.g., LMS, collaboration tools), and hardware.
• Experience in delivering training and providing technical support to diverse user groups.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, adept at remote collaboration.
