Edumercial Salon Growth Partner

L’Oréal is recruiting an Edumercial Business Partner to shape professional haircare education and growth across the North East & Scotland. You’ll manage 70+ salons, blending online and offline strategies to deliver superior customer experiences and business results.

You’ll drive brand education, digital tool usage, and in-salon training in close partnership with Education teams, forecasting turnover and forging strong salon relationships as the L’Oréal ambassador.
