EHCP Teaching Assistant - Slough
Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs?
A specialist SEN school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Teaching Assistant to join their team.
As an EHCP Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to students' individual EHCP targets and needs.
Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and active participation in learning.
* Support students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure students receive appropriate support in line with their EHCPs.
* Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people with additional needs.
A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within SEN.
* Interested in gaining practical experience before pursuing a career in psychology, education, or therapy.
* Able to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues.

* Pay: £93-£110 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
