EL/PL Team Lead - Flexible, Remote-Ready Leadership Role

Realm Recruit seeks an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor transitioning into a leadership role within the EL/PL team. You will lead a 6–7 solicitor unit, provide technical guidance, and monitor performance while keeping a small personal caseload to stay hands-on.

Based in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol or Cardiff with flexible, hybrid working—weekly office attendance preferred but only two days per month required. You will shape the practice as it expands.
