Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a care or support setting Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures Confident delivering personal care, medication administration, and manual handling Ability to provide a 2-year work reference history

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, assist with meals, mobility, and hygiene Administer medication in accordance with individual care plans Promote service users independence and wellbeing Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care Ensure a safe and supportive environment Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns Handle emergency situations according to established protocols Keep accurate, timely documentation and care records
