Elective Access Performance Lead

Catering in Lincoln seeks a Head of Elective Access to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of national waiting time targets across cancer, 18 weeks, diagnostics, and elective pathways. You will work with divisional and corporate teams to monitor performance, develop policy, and ensure timely access for patients.

The role is based in Lincoln with hybrid working (2 days from home), 37.5 hours weekly, initially 3–6 months with possible extension.
