Electrical Assembly Operative

Rotherham £12.71 per hour Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm Full-Time, Ongoing Position

Are you looking for a rewarding role within a growing manufacturing business? We are currently recruiting Electrical Assembly Operatives to join a busy and friendly team in Rotherham.

The Role

As an Electrical Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and products to a high standard, working from instructions and ensuring quality is maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling electrical components and products

• Wiring and fitting parts according to specifications

• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Conducting quality checks on completed products

• Following work instructions and production schedules

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable

• Experience with electrical assembly would be advantageous

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions

• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
