Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Role: Electrical Commissioning Engineer Location: Bewl, East Sussex Rate: Up To £500 per day LTD Duration:6 months+ Start: ASAP Sector: Water Are you an experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in the water

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical testing and commissioning activities on water and wastewater projects
• Plan and coordinate commissioning activities in line with project requirements
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and client representatives
• Test, inspect and commission electrical installations and equipment
• Identify, investigate and resolve electrical faults and commissioning issues
• Review electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation
• Complete commissioning documentation, test sheets and handover packs
• Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements

Requirements

• You hold a relevant electrical qualification
• You have proven experience working as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer
• You have previous experience within the water or wastewater industry
• You have strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning
• You have experience working on water industry projects
• You are confident reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
