Job Description
Norton Motorcycles is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer – Electrical to investigate and resolve customer-facing electrical, electronic and software-related quality concerns on modern Norton motorcycles. You will work between customers, dealers, Aftersales, Engineering and Manufacturing to drive permanent corrective actions.
The role requires diagnosing intermittent faults, interpreting diagnostic data, and translating field evidence into engineering statements and actions.
