Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
- Select appropriate electrical components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Perform electrical calculations, including power requirements, load balancing, and thermal analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and software developers, in a virtual environment.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including BOMs and design reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support for electrical systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably in an industrial or product development context.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
- Good understanding of control systems, power distribution, and electronic components.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for remote collaboration .
