Electrical Engineering Manager

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 6 engineers and technicians, including performance reviews, training, and succession planning

• Ensure high levels of equipment reliability and uptime across all production lines
• Own and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), including downtime reduction, mean time to repair (MTTR), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance, energy usage, and maintenance efficiency
• Plan and manage preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, food safety regulations, and company policies
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment issues
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to support business objectives
• Ensure we stock of critical spare parts for all machines
• Responsible for ordering and price negotiations spare parts/machinery
• Responsible for tracking utilities costs eg, electrical, gas, diesel etc.
• Sustainability project to be a team member of the sustainability programme
