Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of electrical engineering projects across various sectors.
- Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and codes.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of power systems , control systems, and electrical design principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working within a hybrid work environment .
