Electrical Estimator

Location: Birmingham.

Salary: £50,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours a week.

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Estimator:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for busbar, transformers, underfloor busbar, and desk power systems.

Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and schedules.

Complete quantity take-offs and project scope assessments.

Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Ensure estimates are technically compliant and commercially competitive.

Prepare clear commercial offers covering costs, specifications, lead times, clarifications, and exclusions.

Support tenders from enquiry through to submission.

Respond to client queries and post-tender clarifications.

Ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Review project documentation against client requirements.

Identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities. xwwtmva
