Electrical Fitter

LRL are looking for Electrical Fitters/ Multi Skilled Engineers to undertake the following:

Fitting electrical equipment to Fire and Rescue vehicles - 12 v and 24 v - including lighting, CCTV, comms and wiring looms

Work skilfully with the following tools: hand tools, Electrically operated hand tools & Electrical crimpers

To be able to follow engineering and electrical drawings, To carry out the manufacture of vehicle wiring looms and fitting, To carry out the wiring and fitting of various Bluelight systems inc CCTV, To be experienced in working on vehicle chassis and associated equipment & Fabrication skills- bracket making.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Previous experience working on vehicles, Ability to read electrical drawings, Key eye for detail/quality, Understanding of health and safety requirements, Communication

Desirable

· Automotive or specialist vehicle experience
