Job Description
Electrical Improver
* Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
* Duration: 5 Weeks
* Start Date: Monday 17th August
* Pay Rate: £21.00 - £22.00/ph
* Hours: 40–50 hours per week, Mon–Fri
We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Improvers for a 5-week commercial contract based in Leeds. You will be working alongside qualified Electricians, carrying out 1st and 2nd fix installation work on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of cable management systems including tray, trunking, conduit, and basket.
* Cable pulling (singles, SWA, and twin & earth).
* Assisting with 1st & 2nd fix electrical power and lighting circuits.
* Supporting the site team with general installation duties and keeping work areas safe and clean.
Requirements
* Valid ECS / JIB Card (Essential).
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent site experience).
* Previous experience as an Electrical Improver on commercial or industrial sites.
* Full UK PPE (Hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis, gloves, eye protection).
* Own standard hand tools and cordless drills.
* Ability to provide 2 x recent work references
