Electrical Installation Trainer (Full Training Provided - Come Off the Tools) – Tamworth

Salary: 34,000 + 6,000 Government Incentive + Teacher Pension 21% + 50 Days Holiday + Golden Hello 5% + Teaching Qualification Fully Funded

The Role

• Deliver classroom and workshop-based lessons in Electrical Installation
• Train and support apprentices and learners up to Level 3
• Mentor students to develop practical skills, knowledge and industry standards
• Mark assessments and track learner progress
• Support curriculum delivery including emerging technologies such as EV charging and renewable systems

The Person

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• AM2 qualification
• Strong industry experience as a practicing electrician
• Motivated to move into teaching and develop the next generation of electricians
• Based within a commutable distance of Tamworth / Cannock
