Overview
Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Mon‑Fri position based in Chard, Somerset. Salary £53,000 – £54,000 plus excellent company benefits.
This role offers extensive training and development with PLC/automation systems, enabling you to become a specialist technical expert. There is also a career path towards senior or operational positions.
Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure.
- Support site engineering improvement projects.
- Work two shifts: 6:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Electrical engineering background.
- Experience in manufacturing, forces, or industrial electrics preferred.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
