Location: St Paul's, London Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Overtime: Available at x1.5 Monday–Saturday and x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious site in St Paul's, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working autonomously, as you will be the sole engineer on site, taking ownership of the day-to-day maintenance and ensuring the building and its services remain fully operational.

The Role

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all systems and equipment are maintained to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)

*

Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns

*

Carrying out emergency lighting checks and maintenance

*

Electrical maintenance and fault finding

*

General building services maintenance

*

Supporting and maintaining HVAC systems

*

Ensuring all plant, equipment and services are operating safely and efficiently

*

Completing maintenance records and relevant documentation

*

Working closely with the client and building management team

*

Taking full ownership of the site's day-to-day engineering requirements

*

Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained

About You

We are looking for an electrically biased maintenance engineer with a strong background in commercial building services.

You should be confident working independently and be comfortable taking ownership of a site without a large engineering team around you.

Experience with the following would be highly beneficial:

PPM and reactive maintenance

Emergency lighting

HVAC / building services

Fault finding

*

Commercial or high-end building environments
