Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Salary: Up to £40,300
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm | 39 Hours per Week
Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding and planned preventative maintenance across a range of industrial plant and production equipment, ensuring maximum reliability, safety and operational efficiency.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance on industrial plant.
Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Strong hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
- Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
- Experience working within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Knowledge of motors, drives, control panels, sensors and electrical distribution systems.
Desirable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- PLC fault‑finding experience.
- Welding or fabrication experience would be advantageous.
