Electrical Maintenance Engineer

will be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of production equipment and site services. You will play a key role in ensuring machinery operates efficiently, minimising downtime and supporting overall operational performance. This position would suit an electrically biased engineer who enjoys fault finding and working in a hands-on role. Please note, this is working a late shift, Monday - Friday 15:00 - 23:00 hours. Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across site equipment and facilities. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime. Support the continuous improvement of equipment reliability and performance. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures. Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and schedules. Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely at all times. Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Requirements: NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. 18th Edition would be beneficial. Previous experience working with 3 phase systems. Strong electrical fault finding and diagnostic skills, including PLC. Previous experience working within a production or manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Ability to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance. Good understanding of health and safety practices. Self-motivated with a proactive and hands on approach. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Forklift license would also be beneficial. Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Benefits: Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. Working hours – 15:00 – 23:00 hours Monday – Friday 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
