CBW Staffing Solutions are working with a high-profile, client-direct commercial campus in Whitechapel to find a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. This is a Monday-to-Friday schedule offering excellent work-life balance. You’ll be the go-to person for fabric and general maintenance tasks across the estate—no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner. Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them. Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required. Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues. Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client. Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency. Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters. Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00am – 16:30pm

What We’re Looking For

Level 3 Electrical certification Proven experience in commercial building maintenance Hands-on skills across multiple trades (fabric, basic mechanical/electrical) Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset Excellent communication and teamwork skills Interested?
