Salary: £46,000 + Overtime and Bonus
Shift: Double Days
Job Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a growing manufacturing business that genuinely invests in its people and equipment. This Electrical Maintenance Engineer position offers the opportunity to work within a modern industrial manufacturing environment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, supporting continuous improvement projects, and playing a key role in maximising production efficiency and reliability.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Must have previous experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Must have experience within an industrial manufacturing, production or process environment.
- Must hold a recognised formal Electrical Engineering qualification minimum NVQ Level 3
- Strong electrical fault-finding and repair experience on manufacturing machinery.
- Experience carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Desirable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- C & G electrical inspection and testing
- PLC fault-finding experience.
- Experience with new equipment installations and project work.
- Experience compiling Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- CMMS or computerised maintenance management system experience.
- Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or TPM experience.
