We've got an excellent role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team based in North London, this is a great opportunity if you're looking to avoid commuting to Central London, be part of a rapidly growing building services provider!
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the PPM and reactive maintenance of M&E systems on site, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, oversee site logbooks, contractors and deal with client requests.
Requirements for this role include level 3 minimum in electrical installations / engineering and at least 3 years experience within commercial building services.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Working on single & three-phase power systems Motors and generators (including on/off load testing) UPS systems Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing HVAC systems Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals BMS operation Maintaining logbooks and site documentation Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance Career-driven and motivated individual Professional, polite, and personable approach Live within commutable distance to Tottenham Salary and Package:
