Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Fife | Days, Monday to Friday | Manufacturing
We're working with a well established manufacturing business in Fife to find an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their small, close knit maintenance team.
Great one for a time served electrical engineer who's ready to move away from shift work. Hours are flexible, 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional on call cover for emergency electrical issues.
What you'll be doing
Planned and preventative maintenance, electrical installations and repairs across presses, forklifts and other production equipment
General site electrical maintenance across offices, shop floor and warehouse
Fault finding and remedial work on PLCs, electrical control systems, hydraulics and pneumatics
Supporting project engineering work including automation and new equipment installs
What we're looking for
Qualified, time served Electrical Engineer, minimum HNC or apprentice trained
17th or 18th edition qualified
At least 3 to 4 years experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment
Strong BS7671 knowledge and confidence reading electrical drawings
Able to fault find PLCs
IPAF desirable but not essential
