About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize electrical engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of electrical projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering domain.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems , including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing office-based and remote responsibilities.
