About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Electrical Project Engineer to manage and deliver electrical infrastructure projects in Liverpool, Merseyside, UK . This role involves overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of electrical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project scopes, detailed work plans, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise site installation teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with BS 7671 wiring regulations and other relevant UK and international standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project management or engineering roles.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in electrical design principles and project execution within industrial or construction environments.
- Familiarity with contract administration and negotiation with vendors and contractors.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
