About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize electrical engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
• Ensure the technical integrity and quality of all electrical engineering outputs throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or project management within the electrical engineering domain.
• Solid understanding of electrical design principles, project planning tools, and methodologies.
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and a strong ability to work autonomously in a remote setting .
