About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive Electrical Project Engineer to manage and deliver electrical projects from inception to completion in Belfast . This role embraces a hybrid working model, providing flexibility while ensuring essential on-site collaboration. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing electrical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key position requiring strong organizational and technical skills, contributing significantly to the success of the company's project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status and address any issues.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and control technologies.
- Experience with project management software and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
