Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee installation quality and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and project roadblocks effectively.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects, preferably within the industrial or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, distribution, and control systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with necessary site visits in and around Birmingham .
