Electrical Shift Lead

Salary: £50,000 Permanent

We’re recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Lead to join a busy Facilities Management contract.

This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with strong technical knowledge who is comfortable taking responsibility for a shift and supporting other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Leading engineering activity across the shift

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance

• Fault finding and repairs

• Supporting and coordinating engineers

• Ensuring PPMs and reactive tasks are completed

• Maintaining health, safety and compliance standards

• Liaising with management and client representatives

• Supporting technical issues and escalations

What we're looking for

• Recognised electrical qualifications

• 18th Edition preferred

• Commercial building services/FM experience

• Previous lead or supervisory experience advantageous

• Strong technical and fault-finding ability

• Confident communication and leadership skills
