Electrical Supervisor / Manager - Social Housing

Hygrove Partners are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor / Manager on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, working on social housing and new build domestic projects based in Wolverhampton.

The Role

Supervising and managing electrical teams across occupied and void social housing properties and new build domestic plots, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing electrical teams across social housing and new build domestic sites

• Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and H&S standards

• Managing programme, quality, and client expectations

• Liaising with housing association clients and residents where required

• Reporting into senior management on progress and issues

What We're Looking For:

• Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)

• Previous supervisory or management experience within social housing or new build domestic

• 18th Edition essential

• Valid CSCS card essential

• Own transport essential

• Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas
