Electrical Supervisor

Salary: GBP49000 - GBP51000 per annum + paid trav, OT, 33 days holiday

We're recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for a leading FM provider on a static distribution centre site in Castle Donington, Derby. You'll get a great package (incl private health and stable hours). The role is hands-on: you'll lead a small team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, and manage day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs.

You'll need City & Guilds Part 1&2 in Electrical Installation (or NVQ level 2/3) and 17th or 18th Edition. Multi-skilled background preferred.

What the role involves:

• Lead and support technicians on PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
• Manage minor maintenance and repairs to agreed timescales
• Maintain equipment and tools; keep Mercury system live with job updates
• Work across the cluster as needed
• Represent the company professionally and maintain quality standards
