Our client is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join their advanced aerospace division in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for aerospace applications, including power generation, distribution, control, and avionics.
• Perform detailed analysis of electrical requirements, component selection, and system integration strategies.
• Develop and execute test plans for electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and systems architects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues encountered during development, testing, and production phases.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and certification documents.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace electrical systems design and integration.
• Strong understanding of aerospace electrical standards (e.g., DO-254, MIL-STD-704).
• Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools relevant to aerospace electrical systems.
• Experience with avionics and control systems integration is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
