About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Systems Engineer to contribute to their innovative projects in Cardiff . Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems and power distribution networks.
• Perform detailed analysis of system requirements and translate them into robust electrical designs.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of electrical components and systems to ensure performance and safety.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project management teams to ensure successful system integration.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered during system development and implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems design and integration.
• Proficiency in using electrical CAD software for schematic generation and component layout.
• Solid understanding of power electronics, control theory, and embedded systems.
• Experience with testing methodologies and diagnostic tools for electrical systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
